Pronto Fine Foods source, supply and deliver quality products to hospitality venues all over WA so they can produce the best tasting menus. They pride themselves on delivering personalised and reliable service to all their customers and being flexible to adapt to the market’s dynamic demands.
The Problem:
Pronto Fine Foods felt they were lacking a point of difference in the market and that their current marketing material didn’t reflect the business accurately. The ever-looming threat of COVID lockdowns was also a consideration that needed to be addressed with potential customers who might be hesitant to take on new suppliers at this time. For the 2020/2021 financial year, J&A was tasked with persuading chefs and business owners in Perth’s hospitality market to consider Pronto Fine Foods as their supplier of choice.
The Strategy:
J&A pinpointed that Pronto Fine Foods weren’t conveying a memorable brand personality, and their unique selling proposition revolved around the owner, Pasquale Licastro, and the relationships he has with local chefs and restaurant owners. In consultation with a local copywriter and graphic design team, the brand’s look was refreshed while centred around the key message ‘The power of great food’ and “Great food comes from great people.”
